DevOps Internship

About the role

Learn how modern teams build, ship, and run software reliably. You'll containerise applications with Docker, orchestrate them with Kubernetes, automate testing and releases with CI/CD pipelines, provision infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible, and set up monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana. You'll build a containerised CI/CD pipeline and an infrastructure-as-code cloud environment. Leads towards DevOps Engineer and Site Reliability roles. The internship is fully online and runs for 1, 2, or 3 months — you choose when you apply. Each week brings a topic, a task, and a hands-on activity, with mentor review on every submission. Interns who complete the track receive an internship certificate, and strong performers may also receive a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Containerise applications with Docker and run them on Kubernetes
• Build CI/CD pipelines that test and deploy code automatically
• Provision and configure infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible
• Set up monitoring and dashboards with Prometheus and Grafana
• Submit each week's task by Wednesday and the hands-on activity by Friday
• Revise your work based on mentor review before moving to the next module

Requirements

• Familiarity with the Linux command line and basic programming is recommended
• Current student or recent graduate — no prior work experience required
• Able to commit to the weekly schedule for 1, 2, or 3 months
• A laptop and a stable internet connection
